Wockhardt has around 2000 PCs distributed across more than 10 locations. IT team was spending lot of time in resolving desktop issues. There were many issues like SAP client management, sending updates over the network, data security issues on end user machine, etc. The IT team decided to go for VDI to consolidate desktop management issues to data-center and reduce the no. of support calls.
